Cloning There are many interesting facts about cloning. First cloning is an exact copy of another organism. The closest to human cloning is identical twins. Some plants produce genetically identical offspring through a process. Animals are cloned by a technique referred to as reproduction. People add the same DNA into an empty egg to clone animals. Some animals that have been cloned are cows, sheep’s, and chickens. No humans have been cloned like animals yet. Cloned animals don’t always look identical. They don’t always look identical because the environment plays a big role on how the animal turns out.
