A letter from the Principal

Greetings Arrowhead Families,

February is a great time to remember

those who mean the most to you. The

Arrowhead Community, Staff, and

Students rank right at the top of that list

for me. It is beautiful to see the

willingness to work together to make not

only Arrowhead a better place, but the

community as well. Community is an

important piece of our school philosophy.

Every student participates in a community

service project each year. From canned

food and toy drives… to collecting books

for the Crises Nursery… to bringing

holiday cheer to Freedom Plaza

Retirement Center…. our students are

committed to making a differences for

others.

It is amazing to see how quickly the

school year is progressing. AIMS will be

here before we know it. Please help your

child prepare by monitoring grades and

homework assignments and setting goals

for improvement. We work hard to create

a culture where every student does their

best every day.

I would like to encourage any interested

business to become a community partner

with Arrowhead. As we build new

programs we will identify needs to bring

our dreams to reality. We can offer media

exposure, marquee recognition, school

Arrowhead Martial Arts Academy for

Third graders brought “Holiday Cheer2” to the residents at Freedom Plaza Retirement Community. The students sang a medley of holiday songs. The kids made cards that were given to each person in attendance along with some yummy cookies. The residents were still talking about how much they loved the performance many days past our performance. This event will now be an annual project.
