HENRY FORD
Letter from the Editor
Dear Ladies,
I would like to begin the term with a grand
Thank You to everyone who has placed faith in my
capabilities. I do hope to succeed in satisfying the
majority, as I feel it improbable to please all.
The theme I have chosen for the September
issue is New Horizons. We are looking forward to
many accomplishments during this year and the best
way to succeed is to always keep our heads high.
I am looking forward to printing the many
stories of our members through out the year
describing how each one followed the horizon to
Monza.
I would also like to make note that theprice of
adverts have changed, as noted on page 20, and this
will guarantee the quality of our printing as well as
keep the membership fee down.
Thank you for your contributions.

letter from the president
My dear friends,
In the last couple of years I have always been interested and involved in our club
activities and this election has been a great reward and pride for me.
I owe a lot to the club in terms of social life and I do believe it is the moment to make available my experience to the club for the strengthening and enhancing of our activities.
Our Club is a dynamic and busy organization but we can do more and with the help of all Board members, both the new and the old ones, we have already started to define the main goals of this new Benvenuto year:
_Spreading the club objectives in the most possibly effective way by picking up ideas and suggestions of the Members for a better and wider participation
_Consolidating the last year progress, reached thanks to our several initiatives with increasing visibility _Developing relations between the Board and all the members, _Continuing to support the projects started by the previous Board
It's my duty to express my deepest thanks to all the members who spent so much time and energy for our club and a very special " thank you" to our outgoing President Janine Davies.
The main goal of this year is YOU above everything else by means of the many initiatives I will present to you at our next meeting.
A warm hug to you all I'll try not to disappoint you Happy 2015/2016 Benvenuto Club Year!

That renovates the world... By Emily Dickenson
Dear Club Benvenuto Members,
I welcome you for our club year 2015/2016!
We start this year with two really lovely
events.
Our Welcome Party will take place Sunday,
11th October at the Bergamina near Arcore with the
Oktoberfest theme. To make it as authentic as possible we
will prepare a large part of the food ourselves. I will organize a
Potato Party at my place on Saturday, 10th October to peel
potatoes. You are invited to participate! We will keep the
participation fee as advantageous as we can and therefore we
ask only 15,00 per person including lunch and drinks. Family
and friends are welcome but please make sure that you book
your participation in time limited places!
Our Bazaar Sunda will be Sunday, 22nd November Centro
San Pietro Monza. During the September Coffee Morning you
can sign up for your Table ideas. According to the motto
Expo we would love any ideas in relation to food and nutrition
but any other idea is also welcome!!! Family and friends are
invited. ll proceeds go to charity.
Club Benvenuto is a place of great potential - all together
we can do it.

Wishing Choon Pei the best for her "New Horizons " move to Switzerland on the 14th of July.
We will miss her sweet smile and all her contribution but we are also confident that she will prosper in all her new adventures.
The Nero Pepe restaurant hosted a few of us for a Farewell lunch on the 9th of July to give Choon Pei our best regards before
she left. The flowers were sent by our president, Zizeth Maroun.

Recommendation*:
Listen to the recording (in Italian) and wait for an opera-tor on the line.
If you dont speak Italian, ask for someone who speaks English.
Provide all of your personal information: name, address, telephone number and the description of your illness. Ask if there is a doctor who speaks English or your lan-guage.
They will have a doctor call you back in the next hour (usually faster). The doctor will tell you, if they need to make a house visit or if you should to go to the nearest GUARDIA MEDICA. They will give you the address of the closest one to your location.
Visits usually free of charge. House visits may be differ-ent.
This service usually works very well for a quick diagno-sis or to resolve a problem, and to obtain a prescription to go to the pharmacy.
