標準チームサイトいわゆる「サンドボックス」状態で展開され、

通常のビジネスユーザーでは利用シナリオが思いつかない。

結局はファイルサーバーやメールに業務を戻してしまう。

カスタマイズによる展開エンドユーザーの業務シナリオに沿って開発するので、部門によっては

活用がされるが、全ての部門のシナリオに合わせることができないので、活用が進みにくい。難易度が高く、実装・運用コストが高い。

※多くの場合、結局はドキュメントライブラリだけが利用されている。
