Notes: 1. Existing footpath to the south-east of the existing school will require to be shut-off during the Phase 1 and Phase 2 works. Access through the school to be maintained via the retained footpath to the north-west of the existing school. 2. Access will be required through the new car park to allow the demolition of the existing school during the Phase 2 works. Exact location of this to be determined through discussion with Midlothian Council. 3. New school setting out will be required as soon as possible to establish the pinch-points between the proposed school development and the existing school to determine the exact location of fencing in this area. 4.
