What I have done
• DDS2 : 9 single cell (half-iris) simulations (with fine mesh)
• Mesh optimisation for dipole simulations
• Efficiency calculations: Non-interleaved and 8-fold interleaved structure
• Three identical cell structure simulation and phase calculation (Floquet theorem)
• Design: Three identical cells with tapered manifold
• Full str. design : 24 detuned cells (full iris) with tapered manifold + beam pipe
• Eigen and driven mode simulations : Full structure
• Thesis : Three chapters done!

I need to understand
• How to use Master-Slave B.C. in asymmetric planes i.e. full iris single cell (beam pipe) in order to understand the effect of 40 micron taper in a manifold
• Full str. simulation ...I have problems in getting all 24 modes
• Phase calculation for a detuned structure....Floquet’s theorem is not applicable here
• Tuning 24 cell detuned structure with beam pipes & 2 matching cells
• S-parameters and driven modal simulations
