Flywheel puller and taper joint splitter

Due to the peculiarity of the clutch assembly of the Mini a special tool isrequired to remove the fly wheel. The three bolts locate on the fly wheelitself, and the large centre screw works against the crankshaft. For bleeding we supply three useful tools as an alternative to a piece of rubberhose. The Mityvac vacuum pump is perfect for bleeding hydraulic systems,the vacuum pump draws fluid through the system from the bleed nipples.

Eezibleed is an excellent way to take away the fuss and mess from bleedinghydraulic systems. Fed by air pressure from the spare wheel.

The ‘one man’ bleed tool uses a one way valve, the fluid is allowed throughthe valve but the air is prevented from returning back into the system.

The Moss gold rebuild programme entitles you to 10% off

British Motor Heritage bodyshells

If your car needs major bodywork repairs, a newbodyshell may be the best option. The cost is lessthan you think, by the time you add in the labour

cost of fitting body parts it may well be the cheapest option.

British Motor Heritage bodyshells are built using the originalassembly jigs. Long life is ensured by the use of zinc coated steel inrust prone areas, the shells are finished in motor industry standardblack electrocoat. The shells are completely immersed in anelectrically charged tank of anodic etch primer. This ensures the bestpossible coverage and paint ingress into all area of the body. Thebodyshells listed below come with doors, bonnet and boot lid, theyare also available without these bolt-ons, please contact your branchfor details.

Bodyshell policy

1. Body shells are purchased with a 30% deposit as a special order item and customers must pay all delivery charges.

2. When body shells are received, the customer will be notified and delivery will take place within 14-21 days.

3. There will be storage charges of £20.00 per day drawn from the deposit, beginning on the 22nd day following notification if the customer is unable to take delivery.

4. If delivery is not taken within 30 days, the remaining deposit money will be returned to the customer and the order cancelled.

Clubman bodyshell

The Heritage Clubman bodyshell is a directreplacement for 1976 on Clubman models

with rubber mounted subframes. It canbe used for earlier cars with some

modifications, 1972-1976 cars will needthe subframes replacing with the rubber

mounted versions, 1969-1972 models had a different gear shiftmechanism that will need some modifications to the bodyshell.

Mk IV bodyshell

For Mk IV models with rod change and rubbermounted subframes from 1976-1989. As withthe Clubman shell this can be fitted to 1972-1976 models by changing to rubbermounted subframes. For earlier modelsmore modifications will be necessary.

This bodyshell comes with frontwings without repeater holes, roofwithout aerial hole, slatted inner wingfor side mount radiators and the MkIV grillepanel. The dashboard bulkhead panel includes the large ‘rotodip’aperture making access to the centre binnacle easier. Rear seatbeltmountings are fitted and the front seatbelt mountings are in thepre-1977 locations. The doors are supplied with side impact barsfitted.
