President Von Seggern called the School Board work session to order at 5:40 p.m. with the fol-lowing members present: Thomas Von Seggern, Brandon Brown, Randall Flamig, Steve Mattoon, Kathy Nienhueser, Brenda Smith and Superintendent Jay Ehler.

Superintendent Ehler gave a school improve-ment update regarding the Advanced Education pro-cess.

Mattoon moved, sec-onded by Smith, to approve the pay for classified staff for the 2018-19 school year. Roll call vote: Aye 6, Nay 0. Motion carried.

Brown moved, sec-onded by Flamig, to approve the salaries for the Administrators for the 2018-19 school year. Roll call vote: Aye 6, Nay 0. Motion carried.

A discussion was held regarding the Superintendent’s salary for the 2018-2019 school year.

Superintendent Ehler gave a financial update for the school district.
