contacted early June 3 regarding a stolen ve-hicle at “The Post.” The vehicle was identified as the personal vehicle of Cheyenne County At-torney Paul Schaub. The Toyota Tacoma was re-covered by the Nebraska State Patrol on Highway 71 south of Wild Cat Hills. Based on inter-views in the investiga-tion of persons of inter-est, an arrest warrant was issued for Thomas Steele-Richards, 21, of

Rapid City, S.D., and he was taken into custody for Theft of a Movable Property of more than $5,000 in value.
