Visit home.wm.com/san-dimas and create a WM account using your customer ID located on your Waste Management bill. The My WM Mobile App Simply download the app and enter the same email address and phone number you currently use on WM.com.Auto Pay: Pay your bill online with Waste Management’s Automatic Payment program. Discount ProgramsThe City of San Dimas and Waste Management offer discount programs for San Dimas

residents. Apply for these discounts by contacting Waste Management Customer Service.

Senior Discount Program: All customers 65 years and older may qualify to receive a 30% discount on their Waste Management bill. To qualify, simply fill out the Discount Application Form available online or call Waste Management Customer Service. Proof of age with a California ID is required. Account must be in applicant’s name to receive discount.

Drought Tolerant Landscape Discount Program: Customers who no longer need green waste services may qualify for a $2.95 per month discount. To receive this discount, customers must surrender all of their green waste carts and not receive green waste pick up.

How to Schedule a Bulky Item Pick-Up OnlineSan Dimas residents receive up to six (6) FREE bulky item pick-ups per year (must be scheduled ahead of time). You can schedule a pick-up by calling (800) 266-7551, or schedule online by visiting home.wm.com/san-dimas and clicking on the Bulky Collection tab under “Useful Guidelines.”

Acceptable items include:Sofas, chairs, washers, dryers, toilets, mattresses, refrigerators, tv’s, computer monitors, etc.

Unacceptable items include:Tires, batteries, paints, oils, construction debris, chemicals of any kind, freon, rocks, sand, gravel, dirt, logs, carpet, hazardous or medical waste.

If you place an item in front of your property and do not schedule a bulky item pick-up, you may receive a notice from Public Works and be charged a fee for your pick up.

The My WM Mobile AppDownload the My WM mobile app to your Android or Iphone. Using the app, you can pay your bill, schedule a bulky item pick-up and even track your trash pick-up in real time!
