1. (17-1510) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute all documentsnecessary to appropriate $1,788,500.16 funds from sale of park properties in the 4720Community Enrichment Fund for park improvements and other related projects as describedon the attached and incorporated Exhibit A.

2. (18-0009) Resolution directing the City Manager to spend $3,400,000 for residential streetreconstruction in accordance with Option No. 3 discussed at the December 19, 2017 CityCouncil Meeting.

3. (18-0014) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to lease-purchase from Cascade CartSolutions, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, 9,440 96-gallon refuse containers and 1,870 96-gallonrecycle containers for a total amount of $593,135.46, with an estimated expenditure of$79,084.72 in FY2017-18. The award is based on the cooperative purchasing agreement withthe Houston-Galveston Area Council of Government (HGAC). The containers will be used inthe City’s automated collection program.

4. (18-0042) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a construction contractwith Grace Paving and Construction, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of$553,199.17 for the Barge Dock Improvements (Rebid) project for the total base bid plusadditive alternates 1 and 2 (Type A Funds).

5. (18-0052) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute a five-year serviceagreement with Trillion Aviation, Austin, Texas, in the amount of $600,000, for businessdevelopment services for the Corpus Christi International Airport, in accordance with Requestfor Proposal No. 1245, based on the best value for the City.

6. (18-0067) Motion authorizing City Manager, or designee, to execute a service agreement withRapid Air of Corpus Christi, Texas to provide HVAC services and repairs for Corpus Christi Fire Department (CCFD) in response to Request for Bid (RFB) No. 1422 based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid for a total amount not to exceed $66,700.00, of which $38,908.33 is funded FY 2017-18 by the Fire Department for a term of one year with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods, with a total potential multi-year amount of $200,100.

7. (18-0083) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a supply agreementwith Ferguson Enterprises Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas for Meter Boxes and Lids for theUtilities Department in accordance with Request for Bid (RFB) No. 1416, based on the lowest

responsive, responsible bid for a total amount not to exceed $289,294.72, with $64,287.72 budgeted in FY2017-18. The term of this agreement is for 36 months.

8. (18-0095) Motion to approve an amendment to the agreement between the Corpus ChristiBusiness and Job Development Corporation and the City of Corpus Christi for the Type AAffordable Housing Program - Homebuyer Assistance Program and increasing expenditures inthe Business and Job Development Fund No. 1140 by $100,000.

9. (18-0100) Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a supply agreementwith Gajeske, Inc., of Houston, Texas for Gate Valves for the Utilities Department inaccordance with Request for Bid (RFB) No. 1429, based on the lowest responsive, responsiblebid for a total amount not to exceed $362,589.54, with $80,575.45 budgeted in FY2017-18.The term of this agreement is for 36 months.

10. (18-0103) Ordinance appropriating $176,339.34 from the Fleet Fund Balance account No.5110, approving a transfer to and appropriating in capital outlay expenditure account inWastewater Fund No. 4200 for the purchase of two Peterbilt roll off trucks; amending theFY2017-18 operating budget adopted by Ordinance No. 031255 by increasing revenues by$176,339.34 and expenditures by $352,678.68; authorizing the City Manager or designee toexecute all necessary documents to purchase two Peterbilt roll off trucks from Rush TruckCenters of Texas, L.P., of New Braunfels, Texas through the Houston Galveston Area Councilof Governments (HGAC) purchasing cooperative, for a total amount not-to-exceed$396,960.00

11. (18-0105) Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute Amendment No. 1 toService Agreement No. 52422 with Waukesha-Pearce Industries, LLC, of Dallas, Texas, forthe continued rental of one Komatsu dozer for Solid Waste Operations for an additional six-month term, as required for public health and safety, for a not-to-exceed amount of $49,050,for a total restated cost not to exceed $91,525.

12. (18-0106) Resolution finding that the purchase of services for equipment maintenance of theTRAK Fuel Management System for Fleet Maintenance is a sole source procurement; andauthorizing the City Manager or designee, to execute a service agreement with TRAKEngineering, Inc. of Tallahassee, Florida, for equipment maintenance for a total amount not toexceed $7,553.00, funded in FY2017-18 by Fleet Maintenance Services, for a one year term,with an option to extend for nine additional one-year periods for a total potential multi-yearamount of $75,530.00.

13. (18-0117) Ordinance amending the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan for OSOW.R.P. Service Area, Sub Basin SPA 30, an element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City ofCorpus Christi, Texas, by relocating approximately 18 acres of land from Lift Station 13 servicearea as identified in the Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, Oso W.R.P. Service Area,Sub Basin SPA 30, to the Airline Lift Station service area; amending related elements of theComprehensive Plan of the City; providing for severance; and providing for publication.

14. (18-0120) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application in the amount of$216,469.70 to the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) fundfor the Police Department’s Family Violence Unit to continue the Victim Outreach Program witha City match of $13,637.43, in-kind services of $40,480, for a total project cost of $270,587.13;

and authorizing the City Manager or designee to apply for, accept, reject, alter, or terminate the grant.

15. (18-0121) Resolution authorizing the submission of a grant application in the amount of$54,339.42 to the State of Texas, Criminal Justice Division, for funding available under theViolence Against Women Act (VAWA) fund for the Police Department’s Family Violence Unitwith a city match of $14,000, an in-kind match of $8,280, for a total project cost of $76,619.42;and authorizing the City Manager or the City Manager’s designee to apply for, accept, reject,alter or terminate the grant.

16. (18-0122) Ordinance appropriating $14,439.73 from the Radio System Capital ReplacementReserve Fund to pay for repairs to radio tower site transmission lines damaged by HurricaneHarvey which serves the City, County, and RTA radio systems; amending the FY17-18 budgetadopted by Ordinance No. 031255 to increase expenditures by $14,439.73.

17. (18-0126) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a ten-year leaseagreement with The Corpus Christi Ballet for the property located at 1621 N. Mesquite Streetin consideration of monthly rental payment of $400.00.
