TES History

Founded in 2000 by Raymond Owen with the goal of providing exceptional professional consultants to the Oil & Gas Industry with an office in Houston, TX.

Expanded to Midland, TX and the Permian Basin in May 2006.

TES has managed or assisted with the management of $300MM in capex budget for our clients from 2007 to 2009.

TES is capable of providing Total Project Management for up to 15 domestic rigs at one time.

TES has provided complete transitional operational management to publicly traded O&G companies during merger operations.

TES Currently provides technical expertise, project management, engineering, regulatory and superintendent services to a variety of clients.
