1) The development of long ago plotted building lots, with bad topography.

2) The push for higher density within the city limits, and the economics ofscarce land.

3) we also oversee the sign code

OTHER COMMENTS:

t am happy that Ken Manley was successful in stopping the development at 12th and Lincoln.

I believe the last City Council overstepped there mandate by ignoring there ownplanning documents on height, density, and parking.
