About RPMG Survey Respondents :
• In December 2012, the “2013 Corporate Travel Card Benchmark Survey” was released to 9,880 travel card program administrators at organizations that were either customers of one of 13 major card issuers, including Bank of America, BMO Harris Bank, Citibank, Comdata, Comerica, Fifth Third Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, Scotiabank, SunTrust Bank, U.S. Bank, and Wells Fargo or members of either the National Association of Purchasing Card Professionals, the National Institute of Government Purchasing, or the Accounts Payable Network.
• 2,203 responses were received by February 28, 2013, for a response rate of 22.3%. All major travel card-issuing brands (American Express, Diner’s Club, Visa, and Visa) are represented in the survey response.
• 70% Respondents are from private sector large corporations vs 30% Public Sector (Govts, Schools, Municipalities)
