Thecompanystarted2008andisbasedinKostaintheKingdomofCrystalinSweden.Theartiststhatareinvitedtocollaborateintheartprojectscomefromaninternationalbackground.Theyrepresentdifferentartfieldssuchasmusic,contemporarycircusandartglass.CircusGlassRoyalewasinvitedtothePragueQuadrennial,11thInternationalCompetitiveExhibitionofScenographyandTheatreArchitecture2011.CircusGlassRoyaleisrunbytheartistsNinaWestmanandÅsaJohannisson.TogethertheyworkwithdifferentartandinnovationprojectssuchasGlassandplasticityinspace.ÅsaJohannissonisadirector,coreographerandresearcherwithinfilmandperformingarts.HershortfilmFISHwasawardedwithChannel+AwardattheNordicPanoramaFilmFestival2009.During2008‐2009ShewasthemanageroftheartisticresearchprojectBeyond&Within(www.beyondandwithin.se).ÅsaJohannissonistheinitiatorandartisticdirectorofCircusGlassRoyale–CirkusiGlasriket.
