Closing Date for 2020 Open Tender for Development Project under RP4 (2020 RMK11

of PLANMalaysia)

The General Director of PLANMalaysia (Federal Department of Town and Country

Planning), Dato’ TPr Mohd Anuar bin Maidin, has extended to us a notification by email

entitled “Pemakluman Tarikh Tutup Tender Terbuka 2020 bagi Projek Pembangunan di

bawah RP4, Tahun 2020 RMK11 bagi PLANMalaysia (Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan

Desa)” dated 5 May 2020.

In its notification, PLANMalaysia has stated that as a result of the Conditional Movement

Control Order that was announced by the Prime Minister on 1 May 2020, the closing date for

the open tender for development project “Kajian Penyelarasan Akta Perancangan Bandar dan

Desa yang Diterimapakai di Semenanjung Malaysia dan Wilayah Persekutuan (Kuala

Lumpur, Putrajaya dan Labuan)” under RP4 Year 2020 RMK11 which includes the

appointment of registered law firm(s) under field code 340901 (Kajian Perundangan) has

been extended.

Please note that the closing date for the open tender for the above-mentioned review is at

12:00 noon, 14 May 2020 (Thursday).

All law firms that are interested in bidding for the above-mentioned open tender project must

submit their completed Technical and Costs Recommendations no later than 12:00 noon to:

Seksyen Kewangan, PLANMalaysia,

Aras 12, Blok F5,

Kompleks F, Presint 1,

Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan,

Putrajaya.

Late submissions of the Technical and Costs Recommendations documentation will not

be considered.
