Nature and Extent of Involvement of Faculty and Students in Academic Affairs / Improvements
· Apart from regular teaching the faculties are responsible for conducting examinations and assessment of the students at various levels, review the performance and advise and inspire for improvement.
· The faculties and students write/prepare projects, write and present research papers and review articles, attend and organize scientific conferences, seminars and symposia etc.
· The faculty members explain the students about the course outcomes and the programme outcomes for the benefit of the students and to enrich and apply their knowledge.
Mechanism / Norms & Procedures for Democratic / Good Governance
· The students may approach their respective mentors or welfare teachers for any help & for prompt action.
· In case of any problem or issue, the students, staff and faculties can approach the Principal or Vice–Principal for help and advice.
· For Democratic governance, A Grievance Redressal Cell or Committee is established, which receives complaints or grievances from students and staff and after discussion in the meeting resolves at its level, otherwise brings to the notice of appropriate authority or management with the recommendations for redressal of the grievance.
