Puerto Rican Rum Punch

1 cup water12 cloves2 cinnamon sticks1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled1 (15-ounce) can cream of coconut1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk1 cup rumGround cinnamon (optional)

Place water, cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat; cover. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks, cloves and ginger piece.

Place cream of coconut, evaporated milk, rum and cooled spice water in blender container; cover. Blend for about 30 seconds or until well blended. Refrigerate in glass container or bottle for at least 2 hours or until well chilled. Shake well before pouring.To Serve: Serve in aperitif glasses for a 2-ounce serving. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder if desired.Makes 20 (2-ounce) servings.

Tip: Place a cinnamon stick in the bottled coquito for extra spice.

Pineapple Coconut Piña Colada

1 (11.5-ounce) can pineapple coconut nectar, chilled1 (6-ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled1 cup piña colada mix, chilled (with or without alcohol)3 cups ice cubesPlace all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Serve immediately.Makes 4 servings.

Grapefruit Sangria

4 cups white or pink grapefruit juice, chilled3 cups Riesling wine1 1/2 cups ginger ale, chilledCombine ingredients in a large pitcher and mix well. Serve over ice.Makes 8 1/2 cups.

Frosty Strawberry Margaritas

1 pint (2 cups) strawberry fat free sorbet 2 cups ice cubes 1 (12-ounce) can Evaporated Fat Free Milk 2 tablespoons (1 shot) tequila (optional) Juice from lime Granulated sugar Strawberry and fresh lime slices

Place sorbet, ice, evaporated milk, tequila and lime juice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.Dip rims into water; dip into sugar and shake off excess. Pour margarita mixture into glasses. Serve with strawberry and lime slices.

Makes 4 servings.
