Our Track and Field Training starts by giving each

participant a comprehensive plan to develop them in

every aspect of their specific events. We work on

general conditioning, drill work, running workouts,

weight-training, and technique with the goal of

producing outstanding meet results.

INDOOR FIELDHOUSE – YORK UNIVERSITY:

• A 5 lane - 200 metre banked oval track with a separate

sixth lane for joggers.

• 8 lane - 60 metre sprint and hurdle runway.

• Warm-up area a 3-lane, 30 metre runway.

• 30 foot vertical pole vault clearance.

• 2 long / triple jump runways into a common sand pit.

• 2 high jump areas.

• 2 weight training rooms equipped with Olympic free

weights and bars lifting machines.

• Photo / timer booth.

• 2 meeting rooms.

• Public observation gallery on 2nd floor.
