Sound
• The Clinical Research Professionals/Data Management Track this
year is a combination of live and recorded presentations via the
application Webex Meetings
• If you join via headphones, the audio will stream via your
computer speakers for the recorded presentations
• Audio for LIVE speakers will stream through your headphones
• If you are still having issues, make sure you are not signed into
a VPN
– IF you are still having issues, we believe it is likely your computer's audio
settings. It is suggested to contact your IT department.

• Open the Q & A panel.
• On the Q & A panel, type center name
AND your question in the text box.
• In the Ask drop-down list, select All
Panelists, and then select Send.
• Questions will be answered during
designated discussion times.
– If your question needs clarification, you will
be temporarily unmuted. If you do not have
a microphone, please state that with your
question
– Any questions that are not addressed
during the Q&A portion, the presenter will
follow-up with the data manager individually
