Special student permit (SSP) - for those foreigner students who wants to study legally in the Philippines must apply for SSP (6500 peso)

If the student will stay more than 8 weeks, the student are required to get I-card (3,000 peso)

The network service in the Philippines is not very well developed.

The Philippines has a slow network speed even having the best network companies will still have worst situation.

Students share the school's network, so they are not allowed to download movies, games and other large-capacity data.

1. - An official document issued by a government, certifying the holder's identity and citizenship and entitling them to travel.

2. - You do not have to carry your passport, CIA is responsible to keep your passport for visa extensions, and to ensure its safety..

1. In the evening office staff will give you identification card (you must surrender the temporary license)

Room cleaning is done weekly

For the room additional cleaning please apply in the office (1 time a week)

Avoid losing items, housekeepers don’t clean students’ desk and closet.

Bed sheets are changed once every two weeks, go to the office for applying it.

Staff will clean the room during class time and those valuable things should be placed inside the closet with password

Sending time– 12:30 PM ~ 1:30 PM (Friday 12:10 PM ~ 13:00 PM, 6:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM)

Schedule for each floor:

Two days after, you can get back your laundry.

When getting back the laundry ,make sure that the number of your laundry is right and check if there’s no

damage before signing. (Example : towel=5, pants=5, shirts=5)

-Please wash the expensive and memorable clothes by yourself.

-Fading of clothes caused by our laundry will pay up to P200.00 / Lost clothes (P500.00)

Breakfast is simple Western-style meals, mainly with toast, juice, fruit, salad, etc.

Lunch / Dinner: Korean cuisine, including soup and 4-5 kind of dishes.

Students are not allowed to bring the food and utensils outside the kitchen (10pts. Demerit)

It is designed to enhance student’s communicative skills by giving them rigid activities that will

develop student’s ability to comprehend and speak English more fluently in a bigger population

and to boost their confidence in possible public speaking situations.

This course will help students improve their ability to communicate in English in a wide range of busines

s situations. The activities and articles in this class will enrich student’s knowledge of the business world

and it can help them become more fluent and confident in using the language of business for them to in

crease their career prospects.

This course is designed to allow students to be familiar with American and British accent, intonation, spe

ed, terminologies, etc. used by different speakers in the movies. The students are provided with suggest

ed movies which are perfect for all levels. Through this activity, students are insured to have fun and enj

oyment while learning the language by getting involved in any given communication activities.

In the first day of class the teacher will tell you the materials/books needed for the class.

For 1:1 teachers (4) you will need 2 books, 1 book will be shared by two teachers then the other 1 book will be shared

by the other 2 teachers.

From small group class, each class uses 1 book.

The teacher will provide educational materials in special classes accordance with course content.

●Students are only allowed to bring pens inside the self-study room.

● Disobeying instructions or cheating during exams is automatically zero point.

● If a student did not take the exam, cheating during exam or got zero is not allowed to go out at that night.

● 40 points per week (Monday to Thursday). The student got less than 24 points, he/she can’t go out next weekend

(Saturday and Sunday).

●The student can’t go out from Monday to Friday if it’s his/her last week.

If the students arrive 10 minutes after the bell is considered late.

In a week, if the student is absent twice in the same class will automatically deleted in her/his class

If the student failed to add her/his class on Saturday his/her class will stay in self-study.

More than 5 times absences in a week is not allowed to go out next Saturday and Sunday.

If you are sick, you should ask permission from Head Teachers, and they will just allow half day or

whole day absent.

If your family or friends will come here for travelling and you need to go with them, you need to inform

the office and apply for travel form.

Less than 90% of attendance rate in a month will not be given a school certificate (18/180)

Less than 80% of attendance rate in a month, the school will call your parents and your agency (36/180)

Less than 60% of the attendance rate in a month the student will be expelled from the school without

any refund (72/180)

If the student is having difficult times in the class, the school has right to inform the parents or agency.

Before checking out, you should go to the office and housekeepers will check your room. If you damage or lose CIA

property the staff will talk to you about the compensation.

The P2500 deposit is refundable, however, if you damaged something and overusing of electricity, the staff will deduct it from

your deposit.

Please inform the office 4 weeks before if you will extend another 4 weeks.

After the extension, you must change your flight schedule and insurance

The school will refund for four weeks as a unit (eg: 4 weeks / 8 weeks / 12 weeks)

Example: Even if a student has a remaining six weeks to four weeks in the standard refund, it is best to leave the school

Illness during class or emergency situation, please contact the office in first floor

If there is emergency situation outside please immediately contact the school (0917-634-1116)

The staff will accompany the sick student going to the hospital, please bring enough cash and electronic dictionaries

If necessary to go to the hospital, go to the registration office, the school will send Filipino worker to accompany (daily 09:30 departure)

Students are advised to go to Chung Hua hospital (032-255-8000) or Cebu Doctor's hospital (032-255-5555)

The Philippine clinic fees is very expensive, please prepare enough cash

Please keep the receipt and the medical certificate for your travel insurance
