could really see how much you can add
to a service.
We 're all looking forward to the

Indianapolis SocialThe Indianapolis Church held it's first
semi- formal social in the Krannert Roomof the beautiful new Clowes HaJJ on theButler University Campus. About 175 enthusiastic persons attended and greatlyenjoyed the occasion. We were fortunatein having the talented Hamptons to provide the danc e music along with thespecia l numhers which they featured.
Some of th e sermons given by Mr. Meredith at Passover in 1962, still burn in our
memories. Some examples are: "Why We, God's People, Are Together," "Leadership
Development;" an d "We Are Here to Become Like God." We will all be hungering
for th is type of spiri tual food.
Mr. Meredith has ju st recentl y returned fro m a trip to the Near East (Jerusalem
and Egypt) and aro und the wo rld via Au stral ia. I am sure we will be able to look
forward to an acc ount of som e of the highlights of th is tr ip.
W ith an anticipa ted attendance of 2,500 to 3,000 thi s certainly will be the largest
and greatest Feast ever held in th is area ,
Th ere was a Talent Show which was veryenterta ining. On e of the highlights of theevening was the playing of th e Anniversa ry Waltz as Mr. and Mrs. JohnDaily led the dance on thi s their 18th'wedding anniversa ry.
G ame s such as euchre, checkers , andmonopoly were enjoyed by man y. Theevening was reluc tantly brought to a closewith the last dance to the tune of Goodnight Sweetheart.
