Miss Jessica Victoria Bachicha, Soprano

As a recording artist, Miss Bachicha has been hailed as singing “with the freshness of Charlotte
Church, the vigor of Maria Callas, and the resonance of Kiri Tekanewa.”
A graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and the Catholic University of America’s
Benjamin T. Rome School of Music, Miss Bachicha recently made her New York debut at
Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall as first prize winner of the Barry Alexander International Vocal
Competition. Her Operatic roles have included the Queen of the Night in Mozart’s die Zauberflöte
and Violetta in Verdi’s La Traviata. Miss Bachicha records exclusively with the Eroica label.

Catholic Schools Promotions Weekend
The Weekend of February 8/9 we will have visitors from several Catholic Elementary Schools
here to present their schools information and curriculums. There will tables set up in the
Narthex after each Mass.
Abuse Awareness Training for Adults
The Archdiocese of Santa Fe requires all paid and volunteers to attend the Abuse Awareness
Training. If you are a volunteer, this class should be taken as soon as possible. The classes are
held at the Catholic Center on the following dates: Feb. 20th 6-9pm, Mar. 22nd 9am-noon, or
Apr. 10th 6-9pm. Please call 831-8144 to register.

anonymous, you can do so by putting your donation in an envelope marked with an explanation
