The secretary of the Commonwealth shalleauso lo be »cut to Ihe Clerks of each countyaudcorporation as mauy copies of this Schedule andOrdiuauee aforesaid as there are placesof votingtherein, and three copie* to each of the militarycommander* hereinafter referred to, using specialmessengers for that purpose when necessiir

t. Tbe expenses incurred In providing pollbooks, and in procuring writors to enter thename* of tbe voter* therein, shall be defrayedasIn the easeof the election of members to the Gen-eral Assembly.

7. The qualified voters of the Commonwealthwho may oe absent from the counties orcorpora-tion* of tbalrresidence on the day of election, inthe military serviceof the State, may vote for tberatification or rejection of the said Ordinance ateach place or places within their encampment,oras the commander at such encampment shall de-eigoate, whether the said encampment shall bewithin the limit* of this .late or not.
