CHRISTMAS 2014 PARTY TWICKENHAM EXPERIENCE LIMITED TERMS & CONDITIONS1. All reservations are to be made with the Conference & Events sales team, Twickenham Experience Limited (TEL).2. Provisional bookings will be secured for a maximum of 7 days from the date the enquiry was placed. To confirm the booking a 50% deposit of the total booking value will be required. The booking will be confirmed on receipt of both the required deposit and completed booking form. 3. Full payments for events are required by Thursday 13th November 2014.4. All payments (deposits and full payments), are non-refundable and non- transferable. Should a guest pay a deposit and then not require their place, this deposit will be lost and cannot be included as part payment for their group’s final payment. Payments are to be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. If a payment is made by cheque, we require ONE cheque per party with the party name and date of booking on the reverse of the cheque. More than one cheque per party will not be accepted under any circumstances. Cheques are to be made payable to ‘Twickenham Experience Limited’. Details of credit/debit cards should be directed to the Conference & Events sales team to confirm your event.5. Bookings made after 13th November 2014 will be required to make full paymentwithin 7 days unless otherwise agreed with a member of the sales team.6. All prices are subject to alteration, generally due to changes in the rate of VAT, Customs & Excise or unforeseen increases in the price of raw materials.7. TEL reserves the right to cancel events due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances, including rugby fixtures. In this instance an alternative date will be offered. In the event of cancellation by TEL deposits and full payments will be refunded.8. In the case of customer cancellation, 100% cancellation charges apply after full payment is received.9. Joiner Party additional places are available on a first come, first served basis. Table arrangements cannot be guaranteed and are usually designated a maximum of 10 guests per table. However, we will endeavour to keep parties together.10. Under no circumstances may guests bring their own food or drinks onto the premises.
