THANK YOU for turning our Parish Hall into a distribution center for the poor and needy in our

area. You have shared the joy of this Christmas season. Our parish is blessed with the gener-

osity of those who provided 220 gifts, and 36 meals!

Thank you for all you did in 2021!

We are grateful to all of you who donated to, or worked on the Back-to School drive, Thanks-

giving Baskets, or Giving Tree Programs, and for all of you who volunteer on Tuesdays and

Thursday in the Outreach Office. This year with Covid 19 becoming part of our lives you have

REALLY stepped up with food donations insuring that anyone that came to us for food was able

to leave with enough food to feed their family.

Centennial Jubilee Journal

In addition to our liturgical and social celebrations, prayer experi-ences, and even a pilgrimage, the parish will create a Centennial Jubilee Journal to chronicle parish history and to highlight the various ministries of the parish – to “tell the parish story.” In the Journal we hope to include photographs and reminiscences, as well as stories of the many parish “heroes” that played a part in its rich history. The Journal will also serve as the major fundraiser for the Jubilee Year.

We will be looking for volunteers to help with creating the Jour-nal. We will need committee members to collect photographs and write and edit the history portion, to help with layout and design, to solicit sponsorship ads from our vendors, local busi-nesses, and organizations, and to help coordinate the collection of parishioner sponsorship ads.

If you are interested in helping with the Journal, please contact Jeff Pedersen at [email protected]. We will also have volunteer forms available in the gather-ing area, which you can fill out and we will be in touch with you. We look for-ward to the exciting year ahead and we hope the Journal will be a treasured keepsake marking the Jubilee Year.

From the

Office of Bishop Barres:

Masks are Required

in all Houses of Worship,

effective through

January 15, 2022.

“The Governor of New York State has included houses of

worship in the recent directives. Therefore, since the

Church does not require parishioners to present proof of

vaccination in order to worship God, we ask that all

parishioners (two years of age and older) comply with

the requirement to wear masks when participating in any

activities on parish grounds. This State requirement is cur-

rently in effect through January 15, 2022. We will contin-

ue to adapt accordingly as new information becomes

available. Your patience and Christian charity towards one

another during this difficult time is appreciated.”

Please consider “automated giving” as you reflect on support of our parish family!

The fruitful ministries at our parish are examples of how

many of you have answered, and continue to answer,

that call. To ensure such work can continue requires not

only gifts of time, but also of financial help. I ask you to

prayerfully consider supporting our parish with electronic

donations through Faith Direct. You can find paper enrollment forms in the parish

office, or you can sign up online at www.faithdirect.net by using our church code,

NY67.
