As we edge closer to the 10th anniversary of CUFI’s founding, the significant work we’ve been blessed to do along with you is more critical than ever.

Over the last decade because of your support we have become the largest pro-Israel organization in the U.S., with over 2.5 million members and 1.2 million Facebook fans. We have educated millions of American Christians about the biblical and moral imperative to support Israel. We equipped millions of American Christians to defend Israel in their churches, communities, online, and our nation’s capital. And we’re just getting started.

Like never before, America’s support for Israel depends upon the focused, informed, and dedicated activism of CUFI members. Therefore, we developed a CUFI curriculum, The Nehemiah Generation, to better educate our members to empower you to share the truth about Israel. We’re equipping you to be a modern-day Nehemiah.

The Nehemiah Generation curriculum includes CUFI’s Small Group Study Series “Educating for Advocacy” that covers BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions), How to Pray for and Bless Israel, The Church and Israel, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Support for Israel and several more topics that can all be viewed at www.cufi.org/smallgroups.

Each small group video has been turned into a booklet that will help you be prepared for pop-up conversations. The Nehemiah Generation curriculum will give you the confidence and boldness to educate those who lack knowledge of the Arab-Israeli conflict and to counter the lies spread about Israel. These booklets will be available through the CUFI website.

We are also tackling the lie that Israel is an apartheid regime, which radical anti-Israel speakers are circulating in an effort to delegitimize the Jewish State. The Israel Collective, an initiative of CUFI to resuscitate the fading millennial Christian generation’s support for Israel by educating the most influential millennial Christians in America, created a film to counter this dangerous lie.

We believe that the reality exposed in this film will penetrate even the most hardened of hearts. The film dramatically exposes the lie that Israel is like the South Africa of old, and in fact is a safe landing place for those fleeing real oppression in other countries. As part of our commitment to justice for the oppressed, we ran a “12 Days of Prayer” campaign before Christmas asking our members to pray for the persecuted Christians of the Middle East. From the tiny Christian population still clinging to life in Iraq, to those fleeing ISIS in Syria, our brothers and sisters in the faith need every fervent prayer we can muster, and to be reminded that they are not alone.

CUFI on Campus is also invested in raising awareness about the persecution of Christians in the Middle East through their “Raise Your Voice” campaign. The three-fold program involved praying for the persecuted; teaching student bodies that Israel stands as the only safe harbor for persecuted Middle East Christians; and sharing on social media educational videos and memes. This campaign educated thousands of college students on campuses nationwide.

We are excited to launch a new Diversity Outreach program, DOME (Diversity Outreach Mentoring Endeavor), which will produce highly trained

Israel advocates who can effectively deliver pro-Israel messages to ethnically diverse communities. Israel advocacy tools and topics will include: Black-Jewish relations and the American civil rights era; Dr. King, Jr.’s pro-Israel, pro-peace legacy; Black Americans to Support Israel Committee (BASIC) of 1975; United Nations Resolution 3379 ‘Zionism is Racism,’ Liberation Theology, and exposing Communist disinformation aimed at communities of color; Israel’s multiethnic society; The multiethnic Jewish Diaspora and the prophetic return to Israel; and Palestinian human rights and the language of Justice.
