Chris has nearly 30 years of experience managing projects in the life science and biotechnology sectors. A respected leader in the Corporate Real Estate industry, he is known for his expertise, attention to detail, positive attitude and creative problem solving. He is often commended for treating each client and project as his top priority, regardless of size. His consistent excellence in project execution promotes trust and respect among the project team, resulting in many repeat clients who recognize him as a champion for their projects.

BackgroundMost recently with JCalnan, Chris’s experience in Construction Management dates to early days of his career, when he was a subcontractor. During this time, Chris’s passion for technology led him to start his own computer business on the side, where many of his clients were the general contractors he was subbing for. This technical knowledge as well as his fundamental expertise in construction led quickly to career advancement as a Construction Manager for several leading general contracting �rms. His experience and in depth MEP knowledge have been key factors in building an extensive list of successful projects.

In addition to his passion for technology and construction, Chris also has a deep love and respect for the ocean. He is a boat captain, safety swimmer and scuba instructor with over 1,500 dives under his belt. Chris consistently commits unequivocally to all pursuits.

Project DirectorWith a lifetime of experience in construction, Chris’s value is in his hands-on technical knowledge and knack for deciphering a project scope from the earliest stages of development. His passion for technology and zeal to be on the cutting edge of innovation poises him to bring expertise in quality control and technical guidance to the project managers at Hereva. With many client relationships that have spanned over two decades, Chris will also contribute to business development for Hereva.
