del huayabamba apas, better known as apas vahu. this is relatively new cooperative, only formed in 2016.

members of apas vahu are focused on organic methods of farming, and protecting their environment though their farming practices. they also practice polyculture, growing many crops in addition to coffee.

this coffee is grown between 1900 and 2200 meters. it is fully washed, and consists of typica, caturra, bourbon, catuai, mundo novo, and pache varieties. it is decaffeinated using the mountain water process.
