Ownership:  Headquartered  in  Hong  Kong  and  listed  on  the  Hong  Kong  Stock  exchange  (0144).  Majority  held  by  the  China  Merchants  Group.    Key  ac/vi/es:  From  port  operaFon  and  port  related  acFviFes  including  reported  container  throughput  of  57.3mn  TEU  and  325mn  tonnes  of  bulk  cargo  (2011).  Further  CMHI  own  a  24.5%  share  of  Shanghai  InternaFonal  Port  Group  (SIPG)  and  a  27%  share  of  Modern  Terminals  (MTL).    Main  loca/ons:    Vast  majority  in  China  incl.  operaFons  in  the  Bohai  Bay,  the  Yangtze  River  Delta  and  the  Pearl  River  Delta.  A  few  operaFons  outside  China  in  Nigeria,  Vietnam  and  Sri  Lanka.
