Nurturing home-grown innovation for future growth

It is becoming increasingly important for companies to be able to identify and drive internal innovation as it is critical for future growth. However, emerging opportunities/businesses cannot be managed on a "business as usual" basis, they require a flexible environment and an entrepreneurial spirit in order to succeed inside large corporations. This presentation will provide a glimpse of how Schneider Electric, a €24bn global specialist in energy management, interacts with internal and external start-ups and the process it developed to nurture "home-grown" innovation.
