CHICKEN NUGGETS

INGREDIENTS 10 nos. Boneless Chicken

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

to taste Salt

1 tsp Mustard Powder

1 tsp Oregano

½ cup Butter Milk

as required Maida Flour

2 nos. Egg

to taste Salt

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

as required Bread Crumbs

for frying Oil

For Plating

Barbeque Sauce

Basil Mayonnaise

For Garnish

Carrot

Cucumber

Celery Juliennes

PROCESS In a bowl, add boneless chicken 10 nos., add red chilli powder 1 tsp, add salt to taste, add mustard powder 1 tsp, add

oregano 1 tsp, add butter milk ½ cup. Marinate it well and leave it for 15 minutes.

Coat the marinated chicken in flour and remove it on to a plate

Now add egg 2 nos. in a bowl, add salt to taste, add garlic powder 1 tsp, add red chilli powder 1 tsp. Mix it well

Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture and coat it with bread crumbs

Heat Oil for frying, deep fry the chicken nuggets and remove it on to a plate

Your Crunchy Chicken Nuggets is ready.

FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS 1 ½ cups refined flour

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp white pepper powder

½ tsp dry garlic powder

1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

½ tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

¼ tsp grated nutmeg

2 eggs

5 - 6 chicken legs

1 litre buttermilk

2 tbsp garlic paste

1 cup refined flour

Oil to deep fry

METHOD Take some flour in a bowl.

Add some oregano, dry basil and white pepper powder.

Also add dry garlic powder and red chilly powder.

Finally add some salt and black pepper.

At the same time, scrape some net meg for a hint of flavor. Mix all this well.

Put eggs into a separate tray and whip them.

Mix the chicken legs in butter milk and keep it overnight. Also mix ginger garlic paste with this.

With one hand pick up the chicken and with your other hand, put it in seasoning. Now with your first hand, dip it in

egg and then the seasoning.

Now deep fry the chicken legs in medium hot oil and serve.
