    Cheese Bread

    Total Time - 55 minutes (Active Time: 15 minutes)

    COOKING SEQUENCE

    Preheat oven, prepare Florentine bake - 10 minutes

    Prepare bread and begin to bake; complete both and serve -

    45 minutes

    Chicken Florentine Bake

    Ingredients:

    1 cup frozen creamed spinach

    2 cups Deli rotisserie chicken, chopped

    8 oz Deli fresh mozzarella cheese, divided

    1 1/2 cups whole milk1 (10-oz) container Italian cooking creme

    1 large egg (or 1/4 cup egg substitute)

    1 (4-oz) jar diced pimientos, drained

    3/4 cup Deli roasted tomatoes

    1 cup quartered artichoke hearts, drained

    1 cup fresh pre-sliced mushrooms

    16 oz gnocchi pasta

    Prep

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Microwave spinach on HIGH 23 minutes to thaw.

    Remove chicken (breast only) from bones; cut into bite-size pieces.

    Cut mozzarella cheese into small bite-size piece

    Steps

    Combine in large bowl, spinach, milk, cooking creme, egg, pimientos, and 1

    cup of the cheese. Stir in chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms, and

    gnocchi.

    Transfer mixture to a 9- x 13-inch baking dish and cover with foil; bake 2530

    minutes.

    Uncover and top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 810 more minutes or until

    bubbly and cheese melts. Let stand 23 minutes before serving. Serve.

    Preheat oven to 400F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray

    Microwave spinach on HIGH 23 minutes to thaw.

    Steps

    Cut dough three-fourths through, lengthwise, leaving one-fourth uncut. Spread

    spinach and cheese evenly down center of dough; seal by pinching edges

    together.

    Place loaf, seam side down, on baking sheet. Bake 2025 minutes or until

    golden. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve.
