Tigrolux-poliyurethane self-leveling floor consists of coatings system:

Tigrolux-polyurethane primer

Tigrolux-polyurethane self-leveling floor coating

Tigrolux-poliurethane top-coat

It is applied to clean concrete surfaces, minimum grade MB 30 and maximum humidity 4%. Minimum working temperature is 10C. The floor must be water insulationed.

Tigrolux-polyurethane self-leveling floor was tested at The institute IMS - Belgrade, ad-hesion, abrasion, elasticity, chemical resistance, fire resistance and at the Institute for Public Health Dr. Milan Jovanovic-Batut, Belgrade, certificate for sanitary using. It is ideal for hospitals, production halls, food-processing industry, warehouses, and for all other areas rooms requiring exceptional cleanliness and easy maintenance.

Tigrolux - PU primer is intended for achievement of as well as possible bond be-tween concrete and self-leveling polyuretane floor coating. It is characterized by good mechanical properties. Package: 5g

Tigrolux - PU self-leveling floor coating is used as a thick layer coat for vari-ous kinds of floor ( first of all concrete, but also asphalt, ferro-concrete, etc.). It is charac-terized by good impact strenght, stability, high brightness, good mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals, water and solvents.. Package: 25g

Tigrolux- PU top coat is used as final thin layer decorative coat applied over Tig-rolux- PU self-leveling floor coating in case of its exposure to outside conditions( at the first place to UV radiation).It is characterized by good impact strenght, stability, resist-ance to abrasion, elasticity and chemical resistance. It is ideal for hospitals, production halls, food-processing industry, warehouses, and for all other areas rooms requiring ex-ceptional cleanliness and easy maintenance. Package: 5g

Tigrokol PP-B is a general purpose ,solvent based polychloroprene adhesive .Tigrokol PP-B is suitable for cold as well hot bonding(by activation).Tigrokol PP-B is used for bonding of rubber,leather,textile,glass,wood and paper.

Tigrokol P-5 is used for bonding of rubber,leather,textile,ceramics and other different materials.

Tigrofix is high quality polyuretane adhesive waterproof and chemically resistant. Tigrofix is used for bonding of plastic, textile, leather, rubber and paper.

Drvostik D-31 is a dispersion adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate dispersion. It is used in furniture industry for bonding of hard wood, primary for bonding of chairs, as well as for all other wood bonding where high bond strength is requested. The quality of bonding is according to JUS H.K2.021 Standard, type 5.

Tigrokol PU-1 is used as one-component, and two-component polyurethane adhesive.Bonding layer of Tigrokol PU-1 is resistant to oils,water,acids and petrol.Tigrokol P/1 is mainly used as two-component adhesive in footwear in-dustry for bonding of thermoplastic soles,all kinds of rubber soles(transparent and hard rubber soles,hard or soft porous rubber soles),PVC and PU soles.

Tigrostik EP-standard and EP 080 A,B is a two-component slow-curing epoxy adhesive , waterproof and chemically resistant.Tigrostik EP-super and EP 080 A,B is used for bonding of metals,wood,glass,ceramics,hard plastics and concrete.The adhesive prepared in this manner is usable for 60 minutes at temperature from 18C to 24C.

Tigrostik EP-super and EP 090 A,B is a two-component epoxy adhesive , waterproof and chemically resistant.Tigrostik EP-super and EP 090 A,B is used for bonding of metal,wood,glass,ceramics,hard plastics and concrete.The mix is usable for 5 minutes at the temperature from 18C to 24C.

Primer SC-020 is based on special polymers. Primer SC-020 is applied as a basic coat for metal at bonding with adhesive Tigrostik SC-021 and Tigrostik SC-022.

Tigrosol NL is used for thinning of the following non-flammable adhesives: Tigrokol NL/1 and Tigrokol NL/2. Tigrosol NL is used for cleaning of metal and rubber surfaces after sand blasting and rough-ening at bonding with the adhesives Tigrostik SC- 021 and Tigrostik SC-022.Thinner Tigrosol NL is non-flammable.

Tigrosol P is used for thinning of the following polychloroprene adhesives: Tigrokol P, P/1, PP-B, P-1A, P-1B, P-5 and TA-010.

Tigrosol G is the agent used for the PVC and PU soles cleaning.

Tigaktiv A,B is a two-component halogenating agent.Com-ponent A is solvent for Component B.Tigaktiv A,B is mainly used in bonding procedure with PU adhesive as a halogenating agent for ribber and thermoplastic parts e.g. soles in order to improve bond strength by inkreasing polarity of surfaces.

Tigrokol NR-2 is a one-component adhesive based on natural rubber.Tigrokol NR-2 is resistant to water and acidsTigrokol NR-2 is used in footwear industry for bonding of leather to leather,leather to textile,rubberized textile to rubberized textile and for bonding of oter materials where is not necessary to have strong bonds.

Tigrokol P/1 is used as one-component adhesive in footwear indus-try for bonding of leather soles and different kinds of rubber soles (neolith,transparent,microporous) as well for bonding of cork,wood,etc.
