Jasmine Garden Right in the heart of the pine forest, the Jasmine Garden is a large covered terrace looking out over the vines which can seat up to 200 people in a natural, organic environment. It is the perfect setting for a lunch, or for an aperitif. (260m²)
Outside theater Set amidst greenery, the Estate’s Amphitheatre can accommodate up to 500 people in seats carved out of the rock, surrounding a round 115m² stage on a little manmade lake. This unique place is also perfect for organizing concerts, shows or product launches and remains an ideal spot for landing with a helicopter...
Vegetable garden Next to the Chapel of the Château within the Estate’s private gardens. Harvest day
Join in the fun ! The grape harvest is the climax of the winegrower’s work. Take part in this convivial harvesting equipped with a bucket and shears. The wine growers will welcome you and share with you their noble passion for the wine making process, from the vine to the finished product in the bottle.

Détente et Loisirs Incentive Workshops
Discover Rosé wine with your senses A sensorial path which starts in the cellar by a technical approach of the making of a rosé wine. Then its mysteries will be unveiled through playful workshops during which you will discover the different shades and aromatic essences linked to the rosé wines. This session will end with a tasting of 3 or 4 Chateau de Berne’s wines: Apple, peach, pineapple, berries, oak, mesquite are some of the surprises awaiting in your glass. You will have to train your nose and tasting buds a little harder!
Minimum 6 people / maximum 20 people 2hrs long: 75€ per person Blind tasting This workshop starts with a visit of the cellars. Then an initiation into blind tasting through 3 wines of different origins will lead you to the characteristics of a particular grape varietal. Like the perfect “sommelier”, you will blind taste and analyze 3 wines and use a tasting sheet. You will have to discover in which wine the discussed grape varietal hides.

The winning blend! Unique Team Building experience: have a blast creating your own wine! First step: technical visit of the production cellar. Second step: compete to create the best wine in our production cellar. Each of the team must create the winning blend with the different varietals provided. After three trials, your team will choose the best blend. The next step is to create a label with an eye catching or funny advertisement. The best combination will be judged and a prize awarded to the winning team.

Envies, Senteurs et Saveurs Scents & Flavours Cooking School Our Chef reveals you the secrets of his recipes, either classical or original, with fresh and sunny flavours, but always simple to realize. The respect for products is a fundamental value for our Chef who works every day with the vegetables of our kitchen garden. He will welcome you at the Cooking School specially fitted out in a bastide of the domain. All the necessary material is foreseen for an easy and pleasant work. Meet the Chef for an active participation where you will put “la main à la pâte” and will cook with him.
Prepare a complete meal and come into the universe of a true and natural cuisine. Enjoy creating new food and wine harmonies and share with him the love of authentic products.
