Accountants in 1955, SFB has expanded into complementary

services and now offers a wide range of services to help your

companies. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our clients. We’re not just interested at year end, we look out

for you and your business the whole year through. SFB can assist with:

Accounts for Limited Companies – statutory accounts to comply with the Companies Act requirements.

Accounts for Partnerships – annual accounts to include partners' capital accounts.

Accounts for Sole traders – annual income and expenditure statements with a balance sheet.

Management Accounts – monthly or quarterly management accounts will give you a complete picture of how your business

is performing. We provide reliable information in key areas such as profitability, cash flow and credit control.

Annual Return – all limited companies and LLPs are required to submit an annual return to Companies House each year. SFB

can assist you with submitting your annual return, which is a record of key company information. You can be fined up to

£5,000 and your company struck off if you don’t send Companies House your annual return.
