    aided and abetted by each other, unlawfully, willfully, and knowingly, and with the intent to

    convert t their own use, did steal, take and carry away from S J Potashnick Transportation, Inc.,

    in

    Sikeston, Missouri, goods and chattels

    of

    a value

    in

    excess

    of

    1000.00, that is, a trailer loaded

    with Procter

    &

    Gamble Co. paper products, including several hundred boxes

    of

    Charmin brand

    toilet paper, which were moving as, were part of, and constituted

    an

    interstate shipment

    of

    freight

    and express from Procter Gamble Co. in the State

    of

    Missouri to Oklahoma City, Oldahoma.

    In violation

    of

    Title 18, United States Code, 659.

    THE GRAND JURY FURTHER CHARGES THAT:

    On or about July 26-27,2015, in New Madrid County, within the Southeastern Division of

    the Eastern District ofMissouri, and elsewhere, the defendants,

    aided and abetted by each other, did unlawfully transport n interstate commerce a stolen motor

    vehicle, that is, a 2008 International Harvester Tractor Truck (semi-truck), from the State of
