FINAL JUDGMENT DENYING DISCHARGE OF DEFENDANT, CHARLES RANDOLPH LANCE

THIS CAUSE came before the Court for consideration of the United States

Trustee’s Motion to Approve Stipulation for Judgment Denying Discharge Based on

Waiver of Discharge (Dkt. No. 11 ; the “Motion”). On , the Court

entered an Order Granting the Motion (Dkt. No. ; the “Order Approving

Stipulation”) and Approving the Stipulation for Judgment Denying Discharge Based

on Waiver of Discharge (Dkt. No. 12; the “Stipulation”), executed by and

between the United States Trustee and Defendant, Charles Randolph Lance (the

“Defendant”). As set forth in paragraph three of the Order Approving

Stipulation, a separate Final Judgment Denying the Defendant’s Discharge is due

to be entered in this adversary proceeding. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that

1. Final judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff, the United States Trustee.

2. The Chapter 7 discharge of the Defendant, Charles Randolph Lance, whose

social security number is xxx-xx-3769, is DENIED with regard to all debts he

incurred prior to, and including, December 29, 2011.
