    This is the last Will andTestament of me CharlesHook Gordon Logie ofDunedin in the province ofOtago, New Zealand,Collector of Customs 

    I direct all my just debtsand funeral andtestamentary expences tobe fully paid and satisfiedby the Executrixhereinafter named. I givedevise and bequeath allmy real and personalestate whatsoever andwheresoever unto my dearWife Elleanor Logie. Tohold the same unto her thesaid Elleanor Logie herheirs executors,administrators and afsigns(according to the nature

    and quality of the saidestate respectively)absolutely for ever.

    I appoint my said WifeExecutrix of this my Will. 

    I devise all real estatewhich is or shall be vestedin me in Trust of by way ofMortgate and which I maylegally dispose of orappoint by this my Will

    unto my said Wife herheirs and afsigns To Holdthe same Upon suchTrusts and subject to suchequity of redemption asshe said last mentionedReal Estate is or may besubject or liable to. Ihereby revoke all Wills orTestamentary dispositionsby me at any time madeand do declare this to bemy last Will and
