Scope and Scale• GOLDOC currently employs 22 staff.

• By 2018 GOLDOC will employ around 1000 staff

Carrara Master PlanGold Coast City Council in process of developing a master plan for the Carrara Precinct, identified as a major elite and community sport and recreation hub.

Master plan will identify:

• Carrara Sport and Leisure Centre

• Gold Coast Sports Arena

• Track and Field Warm up and facilities

• Permanent community infrastructure

• Parking

• Amenities and ancillary infrastructure

• Flood mitigation design and infrastructure

• Final master plan report due March 2013
