Phil  Stubbington gave the  idea and suggest ions for  the Diffusion model  of  change  incorporating  "change sugar"  

and  "tea of  destiny"  so we can al l  drink sweet tea,  by drinking of  which we merr i ly  enter   into a wonderful  new
