BOOKINGS No holds will be placed on dates and/or rooms, however, once a contract has been issued a tentative booking will be held for 7 days to allow a security deposit, signed contract and credit card guarantee to be forwarded to the Hotel. Should the Hotel receive another enquiry for your chosen date, you will be required to make a decision within 2 business days.

CONFIRMATIONA deposit, signed contract and credit card guarantee are required within 7 days of your reservation to confirm your booking. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client if the confirmation has not been received. Balance of the account payable 7 days prior to your wedding day.

CANCELLATIONAll cancellations must be made known to the Hotel in writing. Deposits paid will be forfeited.

PRICING AND MENUSPrices are per person, unless stated otherwise and include GST. Prices and menus are subject to change without notice.

MENU TASTINGBy appointment only. Menu selections due minimum 1 week prior. Not applicable for canapés.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTSOur Chef will be happy to cater for any dietary requirements. A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is essential. Dietaries advised on the day are not guaranteed.

CHILDREN AND CREW MEALSChildren's meals (4-12 yrs) $20 per child, includes main meal, dessert and soft drinks. Supplier meals $35 per person, includes soft drink.

HALALYour printed menu can reflect halal meat with a symbol (on request). We are happy to discuss your traditions and incorporate into your wedding where possible.

LIQUOR LICENSE Brisbane Marriott complies with Queensland Liquor Licensing Law and practices the responsible service of alcohol. We are not permitted to hold events past midnight.

ROOM HIRE AND MINIMUM SPENDS Room hire and minimum spends apply.

SURCHARGES AND FEES2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Weddings held on public holidays and Sundays will incur a 15% surcharge. A cleaning fee of $200 will apply for embellishments used without prior notice (ie, confetti, rose petals, table scatters, smoke, fog, bubble machines etc).

VALET CAR PARKING Valet parking is subject to availability. Wedding guests are entitled to a discounted rate of $35 per vehicle.
