3. E-Learning
Instructor-Led Training
Instructor-Led training programs support every stage in the planning, installation, deployment and
maintenance process with one of our expert Ceragon instructors.
With advance classes the trainee can learn more of our new features imbedded in to the FibeAir
product line.
Allows the trainee to familiarize with the equipment by understanding the theory and applying
what they have learned with hands on workshops. These include the following:
o Assemble and install IDU and RFU system units
o Align the RF link and perform link fine tuning and basic troubleshooting
o An understanding of the operating parameters of Ceragon equipment in the context of
wireless transmission of voice, video and IP data
o Perform basic product configurations to ensure end to end data connectivity
o Understand different application configuration topologies
o Provide configuration capabilities using command line interface (CLI), Web base interface
and SNMP Network Management systems
After completion of the program and review process, students are required to take a written test.

Web Base Seminar Training (WBST)
Web base training allows students the flexibility to gain basic knowledge on specific FibeAir
product lines.
Provides for a cost effective way to gain additional knowledge base remotely
The web-seminar is an online platform with technical lectures which, guided by our experts,
allows you to receive essential information on specific topics in 30 minutes to 1 hour hour or
more via your PC. Practical, targeted and efficient.
The WBST is tartgeted to the follwing type of student:
o A staff that is fully trained on certain Ceragon FibeAir product lines but requires additional
information on new features.
o When student needs to be updated frequently on new products and features.
o When students require specific ways to understand, in more detail, different modules for
specific FibeAir product lines such as IDU set up, RFU set up, troubleshooting set up and
Management set up.
E-Learning
E-Learning allows students to enroll in a self-paced evaluation program.
Programs allow students to “brush up” on specific processes or features.
The E-Learning module is a great tool for managers, partners and subcontractors who wish to
certify their staff or end users.
With the E-Learning module, the student can obtain the following:
o Automatic generation of a digital certificate
Each program includes a certification process where enrolled users receive an
automatically generated digital certificate upon successful completion of a
course.
Students are able to download the certificate, provided all quizzes have been
completed with a passing grade of >80%.
Students are given a log-in and password to access course
