Member company CEOs and Chairpersons are invited to participate in intimate dinner for C-Suite leaders held in conjunction with each regional summit and at other times throughout the year.

These dinners connect C-Suite leaders to privately strategize about LGBT+ and business opportunities, discuss global and regional risks and challenges around LGBT+ talent, and provide high-level networking opportunities.

Purpose: Bringing CEOs and Chairpersons together for intimate dinners to convene and discuss the intersection of LGBT+ equality and business.

Distinction

Out Leadership’s CEO Dinners are the only gathering of their kind: No one else convenes global CEOs around LGBT+ inclusion in a safe space to talk with their peers. Typically, 15-20 of the most influential leaders from our member companies gather for intimate dinners that generate touchstone discussions on topics they don’t engage with on a daily basis.
