CPS12--CCC 9 will not load properly if ICD 10 codes have not been loaded into PM 3. CPS12- CCC 9 PRQI snomed codes are set to transfer to visit. If not wanting these to cross to billing, need to turn off. 4. If all else fails, reinstall.
