• Clinical agencies accept or reject proposals online, assisted by the CCPS

Using CCPS for Placements

• 3 Step Process:– Schools and clinical agencies enter

data•Basic information•Schedule information

– Schools make proposals– Agencies accept/reject

• Offline conflict resolution process (outlined in CCPS Operating Manual)

- Very simple to create 24/7 unit availability

- Optional: specify unit locations
