The Hawk Company Center for Specialized Training and Height Work has been established in the year 1997. Our main area of activity includes a variety of height work carried out mainly on wind turbines.
We organize different training courses in the area of evacuation and First Aid based on our originally invented training program.
Height Work on Wind Turbines
We perform our work with the use rope techniques and specialized equipment.
We carry out the following type of work: inspections, re-pairs and conservation of wind turbines.
- inspection and repair of blades- inspection, repair and insulation of towers- inspection and repair of the tower’s painted layer,- inspections of elevators, ladders and belaying systems of Avanti and Power Climber,- inspection and repair of Busbars (with the use of thermal imaging),- measurements of wind turbines blades grounding consistency,- rental of the Kaeufer K-WKA-C-2W-V platform for the repair of blades.
- thermographic camera,- platform for the repair of blades (Kaeufer K-WKA-C-2W-V),- high altitude techniques,- specialized measurement equipment.

Training Courses on Wind Turbines
We organize the training based on our originally invent-ed training program.
- First Medical Aid considering the specificity and difficulties in wind turbines,- uprawnienia UDT IIS i IIP,- rules of belaying and evacuation in wind turbines- evacuation and rescue from the hub and blades of a wind turbine- evacuation from the wind turbine with the use of a helicopter and the organization of a landing strip in the area of a wind park,
- rules of belaying during a montage of a wind turbine,- UDT IIP and IIS entitlements (UDT: Department for Technical Supervision), entitlements to operate elevators and hoists, - height work on wind turbines with the use of rope access techniques,- training in the area of rescue in wind turbines for professional rescue services,- cooperation of the service technicians with professional rescue services during a rescue operation.
In the area of height work: inspection and repair of wind turbines, we have managed to establish a longstanding and mutually benefi-cial cooperation with the following companies: Senvion, Nordex, RP Global, Wikov, Wind Service.
We are implementing our longstanding experience connected with height work in the area of wind energy industry. A number of executed work and specialized training on a variety of wind turbines such as: Senvion, Vestas, Fuhrlander, Bonus, Enercon, Wikov, GE, Wind World has enabled us to come up with our original safety procedures and to gather essential knowledge in this area.
In the area of training courses our company has managed to estab-lish a good working relationship with the Senvion company.
