TRAINING
C-DRUM offers customized conflict management training, professional development and systems design services. We specialize in dynamic, interactive trainings tailored to individual client and organizational needs.
A variety of training formats, including on-site services, on-line modules and virtual meetings, are offered. Large and small group trainings, and “train-the-trainer” models are available.
C-DRUM staff are trained, active and highly experienced neutrals skilled in a range of processes, including mediation, negotiation, facilitation, coaching, restorative approaches, circle processes and ombudsman functions.
