Dr. Miles McCall is an innovative professional consultant and speaker who works with businesses and organizations, challenging them to discover and further develop communication and leadership character. He serves as Executive Vice President of Communication for Commercial Bank of Texas and has served with numerous civic organizations. Prior to joining the bank, McCall worked for almost 30 years in higher education as a professor and Vice President at Stephen F. Austin State University and then as President at Lon Morris College. He was also a graduate faculty member at SFA. McCall earned his Ph.D. in curriculum-instruc-tion, training and development at Texas A&M University.

Dave Kilby is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, for the California Chamber. He serves as President & CEO of the Western Association of Chamber Executives (W.A.C.E.), the largest state or regional chamber executives profes-sional development association in the United States. Kilby joined the California Chamber in December 1988. During his first 11 years, he served as the Cham-ber’s lobbyist on land use, economic development and housing issues. He is a graduate of California State University, Fresno.
