“HAPPY SPRING”!!! Can you believe we are still having 50-degree weather at night in Texas? Although we have had some pretty hot days in April…90 degrees. YIKES!!!

Some of the trees are blooming and we even have our famous, gorgeous Texas Bluebonnets blooming many places.

It reminds me of the new colors that have come out in our product line. They are beautiful. You will be proud to show them to your customers.

It is time for an amazing April! Color is everywhere. With the new colors and new products, you will want to book lots of parties. Now is the time to order so you are prepared for Mother’s Day! Mother’s Day is barely a month away.

Since I have been in Mary Kay, the last 3 months of the Seminar year have always been the most amazing months. They truly are where MIRACLES happen. Are you going to make this a “MIRACLE MONTH”? What do you want to do to finish the Seminar year?

There are so many things to keep your customers happy and loving their Mary Kay products. Have you offered Spring makeovers? Dash out the door facials?

BUT do remember that the one and only way to build your business is holding a PARTY.

Let’s have an “Amazing April”!!!!! Our goal for this month is $15,000 wholesale. Our unit retail production Year to Date is: $244,098.20.

I KNOW we can do this with holding parties and sharing the career opportunity.

Mary Kay makes a great part time supplemental income in any household. How do you spot your next potential recruit? She’ll be a great hostess who loves our product. Mary Kay can fit just about any personality type. The key to a successful team relationship is in choosing in a high caliber woman with whom you enjoy working with. Make sure to have each potential team member hold a party before you hold an interview with her. If she is not excited and willing to host a party, she probably won’t want to hold one as a consultant either.

There are so many grand opportunities for New Consultants right now!! Set your goals and then plan to make them happen each day.
